HBI: What inspired you to launch a home-based business?

Chad Schapiro: Years of being involved with incredible companies, and phenomenal opportunities, that were being run by people who were not so incredible, that ruined it for everyone.

HBI: Do you think your opportunity is the best one out there right now?

Chad Schapiro: Absolutely without a doubt. If I did not believe that 100%, I would never have launched the company!

HBI: What do you think is the single most important thing for people to do when starting their first home-based business?

Chad Schapiro: They need to get trained. The biggest reason for most people’s failure is a lack of specialized knowledge in their chosen endeavor. Starting a home-based business is no different. Just because you work from home, that does not change a thing!!!

HBI: Do you think that people will get rich their first month working in your company?

Chad Schapiro: No, there is an old saying, that a journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step. Your first month in any business, is important, and you should focus very hard on building a great success story without a doubt. While we have had people achieve amazing results within their first 30 days, it takes years of hard work and dedication to become wealthy.

HBI: What is a realistic income expectation for people their first year Part time? How about Full-Time?

Chad Schapiro: Interesting question, unfortunately in order to answer a question like that we need more information. For example, how much time and energy are they going to put in to their business? Are they going to follow our proven system of success? Or are they just going to do their own thing, sometimes with disastrous results?! Are they going to invest money into their business in order to achieve maximum results? Are they willing to continually work on improving themselves as well as their techniques? The potential for earning income is unlimited with OurGV.Com, but it is without a doubt predicated upon the amount of time and energy invested. Some people will make nothing, but will not really, truly, and sincerely try. Others will have massive results, most likely because of massive effort.

HBI: You have a 14 day refund policy, why so long? The government only requires 3 days.

Chad Schapiro: We are looking for people that really want to have their own home-based business. Occasionally people will get caught up in the moment. Once they find out there will be actual work involved, some of them are no longer interested. We feel that 2 weeks is a long enough time for people to feel comfortable in trying it out, but not too long of a time for our company to get taken advantage of.

HBI: We noticed that you talk a lot about charities and donating money to non-profit organizations. Where did the inspiration for that come from?

Chad Schapiro: There are so many non-profits out there with incredible visions to make the world a better place, but they are massively under-funded. So being able to create a way to help support those organizations, just seems like the right thing to do. I have always been a big believer that you get back what you give in this world. So we just feel that we have to always make sure we are giving back.

HBI: Can you give a little advice to our readers that are building home-based businesses that would help them become more successful?

Chad Schapiro: It is very important for people working from home, to make sure they are always working on themselves. They have to be teachable, and find someone that they can mentor with. The principals of success are the same the world over. The hard part is finding someone willing to teach them to you. Also, find something you can get very passionate about, and Never Quit, don’t give up on your dreams, they are one of the most precious gifts we all have.
