Lead trainers WJ Vincent and Chad Schapiro sit down to talk about the new training and success coaching site www.a2success.com

 

 

HBI: Welcome back Chad Schapiro, and nice to meet you WJ Vincent! So how long have the two of you known each other?

Chad Schapiro: I think around 10 years now isn’t it?

WJ Vincent: Yeah, that sounds about right.

HBI: We understand the first company the two of you ever worked in together, you broke records, and helped a lot of people earn above average incomes. What is it about working together that makes you so effective?

Chad Schapiro: Well, its interesting, but I think we have always just kind of been on the same page. We both take a sincere interest in helping our people become successful. I know that for me, the greatest reward has always been seeing my people reach their personal goals and achievements, and I think he feels the same way.

WJ Vincent: Yeah, that’s exactly right. Over the years, there have just been so few people, that really care about the people they are working with. I remember the first time we ever worked together, it was just amazing. Whenever, we have been on stage together, or worked trainings together, or just built teams of people in the same city, it has always been so powerful. I know it sounds kind of corny, but Joe Montana and Jerry Rice, were never as successful on their own as they were together. Chad is just such a great motivator, and teacher, he really makes it easy to be successful at anything.

HBI: The website for A2Success.Com is very elaborate, and well crafted, and the vast amount of information contained within is amazing. Aren’t you afraid people will steal your best ideas?

Chad Schapiro: I think that when you see that the content is always being updated, and its always getting better. Then you throw in the fact that we provide live training, live coaching, and online trainings to make it even better, I would hope most people would see the value in staying a part of the system, rather than attempting to go out and create their own.

WJ Vincent: Of course with all the piracy going on in the world today, you think about those sort of things. The thing is, to find people who take the time to teach what they know, who are willing to share all their knowledge and success like a Chad Schapiro is a rare thing. The information by itself, is incredible, but you combine that with actual live coaching, and it becomes priceless!

HBI: What is it about A2Success.Com that is different than say Tony Robbins website, or other training sites?

Chad Schapiro: You have to admire the success and knowledge of someone like Tony Robbins there is no doubt. One of the challenges with his site, and of course his system, is that he does not provide people with an actual opportunity to go out and apply the success principals he teaches. We not only are teaching people personal growth, and success principals, but we are providing them with an actual vehicle to facilitate their dreams.

WJ Vincent: Well said, I think you hit it right on the nose. Its great to be motivated, its awesome to get hyped up and excited, but I remember when I used to work at Sears, it would not have mattered how excited I was. You could have motivated me all day long, and all night long too, but my results would have been the same. Working with a system like A2Success.Com we not only teach people the principals that are oh so important to lead a successful life. We also actually show you how to take those principals and become successful financially applying them in an actual home-based business.
